Raw Material and Finished Product Traceability

Every material used in production is now barcoded using smart sensors.

Smart sensors provide real-time, meaningful data that enhance productivity, efficiency, and flexibility in manufacturing. Smart sensors are a key component of digital production and Industry 4.0, enabling responsive and fast production that characterizes Industry 4.0. With automatic data monitoring and configuration features, processes run more quickly, reliably, and efficiently.

Warehouse and Stock Control

Sensors act as the “sensory organs” of the production line, supplying data to the machines involved in manufacturing. Connected directly to the source and integrated into the company network, smart sensors enable faster data transfer.

Product inflows and outflows are monitored at every stage to ensure sustainability and precision in inventory management.

Dynamic Contamination Control  

Products that could cause contamination are pre-identified in the system. If such a product is detected, the system issues an alert, allowing for immediate intervention. This ensures the process continues efficiently through rapid and easy adjustments, maintaining the highest standards of product safety and quality.
