Founded in 1995 in the Gebze Organised Industrial Zone, our facility is equipped with advanced Bühler machinery and the WinCos automation system. Today, we operate as one of the most modern production plants in Turkey and Europe, delivering innovative and high-quality products.
With our Bühler WinCos Automation System, we continuously implement innovations that enhance traceability in production and raise our service quality to the highest level.

Every product used in production is barcoded with smart sensors. These sensors provide real-time, meaningful data to enhance productivity, efficiency, and flexibility in manufacturing. They are a critical component of digital production and Industry 4.0, enabling the responsive and rapid manufacturing that characterises Industry 4.0.
Product inflows and outflows are monitored at every stage to ensure sustainability. Sensors act like sensory organs, supplying data to the machines used in production.
Directly connected to the source and integrated into the company network, smart sensors enable faster data transfer.
Products with the potential to cause contamination are predefined in the system. If such a product enters the process, the system issues an alert. This enables early intervention and quick, simple changes that keep processes running at maximum efficiency.
